Kelsey is the cousin of Princess Lirio. Her official title is of course Princess Kelsey, but no one calls her that besides palace workers. Kelsey is very bratty and self-centered. Back handed compliments are her favorite form of speech. She is considered a sword fighter, although her sword is in the form of a boomerang. She also has the power of rumor, so she has to wear power blockers during school hours. Kelsey is great at picking locks and stealing. Her best friend/crush is Mud, and she is very open about her feelings and always trying to get him to kiss her. Kelsey is rude to Lirio because of the beef their parents have.

I listed Kelsey as minor because, even though she is a character with a lot of lines, her actions don't effect the story. I imagine her with a higher pitched voice or medium. She's really annoying, so if you could incorporate that into her voice, that would be great.
