Tempess Hawthorne is a member of the Cardinal Council, which is the main part of the government in the empire. She has long auburn hair and severe red lipstick, and carries herself pridefully and calculatingly. She holds veiled contempt to anyone and lets them know through a side eye and a controlled comment.
Tempess' voice is sultry and smooth, but when she needs to put on an act, she can. She is hosting the ball after all! If you want to add in a little Transylvanian accent to the English accent for kicks and giggles, go for it. Nothing too heavy though!
I see you’re already talking to some of my esteemed guests. I wouldn’t have pegged any of you to be friends with members of the Cardinal Council, but here I am talking to you...so anything’s possible, really.
