Huro'k Talamee is a Zealot class Elite who failed in stopping Crisis Team and Omega-Five. He loses his honor and tries to regain it by retrieving what was taken earlier in the movie.

He's honorable, calculated, and was respected. 

Voice Idea: Low and Honorable, like Elites in Halo 2 and Halo 3.
