Link's father is the leader of the Knights of Hyrule.  He is responsible for protecting Hyrule from all evil including thieves, bandits, etc.  His son tends to home in on the action first before they have a chance to fight, which angers him.  He possesses the Green Royal Jewel.

  • *At his wits end with Link, but trying to keep appearances* What are we to do?  He’s skilled, but he’s arrogant and insubordinate.  He doesn’t obey anyone… not even me, his captain and his father!  You’re the only one he listens to.  Won’t you help… Princess Zelda?

  • *Commanding* "The seal must have been broken!  Don’t let the demons take the castle!"
