Meiling is Syaoran's cousin who appears in the anime at the end of episode 19. When she transferred to Sakura's elementary school, her grades seem to flunk due to a bit of a language barrier. She has a little dislike on Sakura.

Meiling needs to sound closer to how she was portrayed by Yukana Nogami.
