Syaoran's mother and mentor to Sakura. Yelan is one of the decedents of Clow Reed, hence why she feels the presence of both the Clow Cards and a much greater force that would mean danger to Hong Kong.
She needs to sound close to how she was protrayed by Kikuto Inouse with a little taste of a tiny Chinese accent.
