Tomoyo is Sakura's best friend who videotapes the adventures and builds battle costumes for her card captures. She's kind and one of the more popular in Sakura's elementary school for her singing. (Too bad we don't see it in the movie).
She needs to sound close to the original Japanese voice given to her by Junko Iwao.
