Setsuna is the lizard girl in class 1-B with the messy green hair & the shark teeth. Her abridged character is the same as she is in the series (Nice, confident, friendly) but she speaks with a heavy Sylvester the Cat-style lisp in her voice but slightly worse. So she has issues with pronouncing the "S's" in her words (Link Below for reference.). 

Were not looking for anything special with her pitch so do whatever voice you think fits her.
