Annalise is a perfectionist and likes to keep things tidy and clean. She acts very properly and has good manners towards most people. She can also seem to appear very emotionless and not caring but has just a hard time showing it because of her being very ambitious. Her interests consist of herbalism, math, history, and reading.

In this story, she faces the standards of growing up, as she's about to turn 18 in the coming up year. She feels like certain people have high expectations of her, which puts her into the situation of wanting to grow up and mature fast. The second lead character, Robin, is the opposite of her and makes Annalise face that situation through their differences. This is how Annalise grows as a character.

If I'd imagine what her voice sounded like, it'd be something like a calm and soft-spoken voice, although when getting angry, it's the total opposite and can come as quite a shock to others.
