King T'Challa of Wakanda, or in this case Valkanda, is a warrior king, mystical martial artist, genius scientist, and above all a noble ruler to his people. He will not waver on any stance that involves the safety of his people, and values long-trusted alliances above anything else when it coems to outsiders. He sometimes even rejects the presence of close friends if he believes his people will be put at any kind of risk. (With all due respect to the excellent performance of the late Chadwick Boseman, his take is not what I am looking for in this project.) A DLC character, his role is slightly expanded from the original.
