He may not speak much, but he is the main antagonist of the game. So his role is of utmost importance.

Voice Type & Personality: Medium Low-Low. Manipulative, Cruel, No-nonsense. (He is the type of villain who only cares for himself and would gladly sacrifice anyone to achieve them. He doesn't speak too much, but he is rather smooth and charismatic enough to rally many to his cause. I imagine him to have a voice similar to Steve Blum's Sub-Zero, but I'm open to interpretation)

The land has drunk deep of blood in the chiliads since Saint Ajora's death. Yet still she covets more. So be it. Once more to world of light, there to steep the earth in blood's sweet rain.

Thanks! I absolutely love the villains in this game. They're so sinister and manipulative, all going mad for power, but still kinda bureaucratic and believable
