Krobus is one of the villagers in Pelican Town, he lives in the sewers however. He is wary of the player at first but then warms up to them. He is the only friendly monster you can encounter in the game and you can also become roommates with him. The voice is up for interpretation but it should sound non-human

It didn't seem lazy at all, because I can imagine it pretty tedious to find the right voice and effects for a character as weird as Krobus :D
Fantastic! It must be difficult voice acting a character like Krobus. (That voice reminds me of Mr. Big from Zootopia.)
