The Young Boy with PSI powers, Ness is second in command in the S.S.E.S.S. His powers are evenly matched with Zelda' powers. Though his looks might fool you, this boy is very intelligent for his age. After the drastic events that happened to him in Brawl, he has a very deep hatred towards Wario. He his the only one who despises Wario more than anyone in the world. Just like with Mega Man, go for a 13 or 11 range voice for him, 14 at the most.

  • Line: Mario, how about I take care of this, you go on ahead.

    Emotion: I'm not sure for this one. You decide XD. I'm kidding, Go for a heroic tone but bit modest.

  • Line: Life's rough man, I had to eat out a garbage can once... that wasn't fun.

    Emotion: That Voice when you look back on things, Sad but not to sad

  • Line: If I ever see Wario again...I'll make sure he pays for his crimes!

    Emotion: A bit angered tone. A sense of hatred in his voice.
