Team Alpha-5’s military ATV slowed to a stop behind the series of buildings. The engine calmed and revved down as it parked. The air was dense. There wasn’t a hint of civilian life that could be sensed miles away. The dead of night being casted from as far as the eye could see.  Everything was quiet—restful even. Sergeant Fox intended to keep it that way.

With this being a night operation, they made sure their gear would be apt for it, trying to stay light on their toes while staying prepared. So they had their Quad-NOD night vision goggles attached to their MICH2000 helmets to see perfectly in the dark. Also, all of them had their fabric half face masks to hide their identities, Comtac 3 headsets to protect their hearing from gun fire in close quarters while being able to hear subtle sounds; an I.R. strobe on top of their helmets to allow the intelligence team’s thermal drone above the area to constantly identify them; all-black combat shirts and pants, the pants having knee pads sewn into them; all-black tactical boots; and a tan-plate carrier vest. Their plate carriers being equipped with 3 extra mags for their rifles, a med kit on the left side, and a storage pouch.
