A powerful ruler who was revived from the dead to bring his once great nation back from the brink.  However, the experience of death continues to haunt him until his fear of it overcomes his entire being.  I imagine he has a very low, heavy, grim voice, but I'm open to other interpretations as long as he has an English accent, standard for most characters in this universe.
