Professor Cedar is a new addition to characters. It's been 4 years since the Team Galactic incident and Professor Rowan is getting on his his years, he no longer has the energy to keep up with the reconstruction of sinnoh region. So he's given the reins of his research to his assistant Cedar, who now has the title of Professor. Cedar is a pretty nice fellow, occasionally trying to get the very serious Rowan to laugh or crack a smile but still takes his work seriously. Cedar is a strong environmentalist and studies the effects of why certain Pokémon only evolve in certain areas and believes that any human instigated change to an environment is either fully thought out and that any damage is repaired. When team galactic caused great damage to the region's nature he was furious, most notably becoming incandescent with rage after finding out what team galactic did to the great lakes. For his voice, I'm looking for a Yuri Lowenthal range, look at Suzaku from code geass or Simon from Gurren Lagann for refence
(meeting the players) Hello, I'm Prof. Cedar, I'll be taking over Prof. Rowans work, and boOOoy is there still a lot to do."
(explaining stuff to the players) "Team galactic caused a lot of damage 4 years ago, they blew up lake Valor, attacked valley windworks and disrupted the ecosystem of Iron island, not to mention the damage they did to Mt. Cornet and Stark mountain."
(meeting up with the players in a different city, slightly out of breath) "Oh good ...*wheeze*... I didn't miss you... *deep breath and exhale*....... I came here because I need your help with a quick job...*light wheeze*... and to do a status check...*minor panting*... does anyone have any berry juice on them?"
