The answer arose swiftly when an unassuming new villain known as Sweet Tooth took the reins and proposed they unite and overwhelm Batman with sheer numbers.
Equal parts dangerous and charismatic. Sly and delightfully wicked. Clearly has waaay too much fun. Enthusiasm is an absolute must!
