Responsible, level headed, and quite cheerful he is known as one of the best Earth users from Atlas City. However, due to his family having come from a different continent, he is still treated like a second-class citizen, which has given him a large chip on his shoulder and a determination to prove himself.

(Thoughtful) get ya man, I’m still trying to put it together in my head too. I mean who was that? I’ve never seen powers like his before- (Irritated) but would it kill ya to look at least a little concerned?! We’re lucky that nobody was seriously hurt.
