A serious, dutiful woman with a mission endowed to her by ancient royalty to prevent a great calamity. I imagine a medium, dignified sort of voice for her, but I'm open to other interpretations as long as she has an English accent, standard across most characters from this universe.
(telling a story) Fearing what might befall the world, the two of them sought to thwart their emperor. They gave unto us their will, that we might carry on their mission should they fail.
(solemnly) Yes, Doga ("doh-guh"). Finally, we may fulfill our purpose.
(with joyful awe) 'Tis a gift you have inherited. G'raha ("grah-hah")--you have been granted authority over the Crystal Tower!
