Notes: Maximilian is a very poetic person (literally writing poems for the character), so reciting poetry needs to sound natural. He should also sound confident.
Max: (Informative, instructing) - “Okay, so here are the rules. Tarott Monster is a fun card game in which two players battle monsters. Each player starts with a deck of 10 Tarott Monster cards.”
Terric: (Worried) - “Now wait just one minute. Are these monsters still dangerous?” (Obviously, do not read Terric's line)
Max: (Taken aback, somewhat annoyed) - What? No... They are cards. The monsters turned into cards, and you can battle them with other people. It's completely safe.”
(Poetic, sincere) - “Let's see... ... Here you go! "Your eyebrows are fluffy. Swirly feathers upon your head make you look like a green ice cream cone."
(Friendly, then awkward realization) - “Hey Arpeggio. We were just discussing our favorite bard bands. Wait a sec, aren't you a bard?”
