The youngest child of Naruto and Lucy. A half-breed of human and Diclonius descent. She was born four years after the despairing event. She's a curious person, always trying to learn things and try to be the best as her main goal in life is to be like her father who is a general in the NIC. She can be short-tempered and a little tomboyish but she adore Yaoi content and get wrapped around in her fantasies when boy to boy stuff happen. Her greatest weakness is that she shrink under pressure if the cards is on the table. Always freeze up in fear if main objective is challenging.

Director's Note: Febri is a pre-teen (She's 12) So her voice is getting a tiny deeper. Have fun!
