Mina Tepes is the Queen of all Vampires, but is called out as princess because of her child-like figure which she uses to disguise herself. She can be cold and harsh when dealing political and general affairs but it's only for to keep her people safe. She will not hesitate to blackmail to get what she wants and ensure the safety of the vampires bund. She does have a softer side with people she trust, but that's only to a few people.

*On the phone* Yes, I saw it as well. It really made me wonder who this general and his family is? I knew something was special about his family especially his offspring.
