Vance is one of the delinquents. He loves candy, and typically hangs out with Kim. He is pretty laid back, but can be intimidating due to his size.

His DREAM WORLD counterpart, Van, has a similar personality.

I imagine him with a medium-low range voice. He seems older than he actually is, but I am open to any interpretations.
