Aphelion (Ah-feel-lee-on) is a minor character in the first installation of Waker Aphelion, but will play a larger role in future projects.
Aphelion was a god in the world of Ranelle, but was forced into an eternal sleep by one of the other gods. He slept for over six millennia until a boy's cry for help pierced through the darkness and broke Aphelion's curse. The world has completely changed when he wakes, which makes Aphelion feel lost in this strange new setting. He is quiet and reserved. He would prefer to spend time in nature than be around other people.
