PLUTO is... well, Pluto. He decided he did not want to be a planet anymore, and instead opened his own transportation service. He seems intimidating at first, but actually has a really fun personality.

Not sure why, but I imagine him to have an All Might-esque voice. However, as with most of these characters, feel free to interpret the character with whatever voice you think fits!

I just realized there’s white noise in the background. That’s easily fixable, it’s just a space heater I forgot to turn off. Gets cold in there.
