Valora is the first Commander that you run into of the Followers of Anxor. She is the owner of Glendana and keeps her on a tight leash, making sure she carries out the atrocities that she is forced to commit. I imagine her voice to be one of confidence, and power. Think Erza from Fairy Tail. Probably a medium to medium-low.
1) [Seeing Glendana has lost] (Angrily) You spineless child! *Grunt as she kicks her* Why the hell are these bastards still alive?!
2) [As she charges up a spell, she glares at Glendana] (Stern, speaking relatively loud over the noise of her magic) You worthless waste of air. I TOLD them not to trust a slave to do our job! I truly thought that you were the best pick from my collection. Obviously, I was wrong!
3) [She notices Kieran run towards Glendana after she's hit by the attack] (Chuckling) Well, well. If it isn't Kieran Renvar. Heard a lot about you, kid. I didn't think you had enough of a heart to keep your enemies alive after what you pulled at Fort Dontus.
