This man is the leader of the Mafia of Cooks that has taken over an island that is now known as Mafia Town. He is loud, self-centered, and rude. He believes that everything on the island belongs to him, and rules over the land as a tyrant. Our heroines, Hat Kid and Mustache Girl, confront him to reclaim both the island and Hat Kid's Time Piece, which was stolen by one of the Boss' goons.

  • "You come to my island, you mess with my people, and all for the sake of some silly trinket."

  • "Little girl, you say? You say is little girl that is doing this to Mafia?"
