Authentic, yes. Unfortunately, it was read at a pretty slow pace, so not like actual conversation. You also have a lot of plosives blowing into your mic, so be careful when saying "p's, b's, c's, etc." Holding an index finger in front of your mouth before recording is a quick fix. There was also quite a bit of background noise from your recording, including white noise (aka static) and from general moving about.
