Phantom Marionette is one of the main antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's 3. She never appeared in the original "Hidden Lore" series. In the remake series, she will make an appearance and will be given a new voice. 

This voice should be dark, deep, ghostly & soft. 

Her voice should be similar to David Near's impression.
