Phantom Chica is one of the main antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's 3. She never appeared in the original "Hidden Lore" series. In the remake series, she will make an appearance and will be given a new voice. 

This voice should be dark, deep, ghostly & cruel. Although it says that her voice should be "North American", she could have a slight Australian accent too but that is optional. 

Her voice should be similar to David Near's sister's impression.
