I need somebody that can create additional sounds like gun shots, punching\beating something. As well as the ability to clean up audio from the voice actors, in case if they don't have the highest quality as my own too.

Don't worry, I'm not gonna be paying you 10 dollars to do all of that. I'll just be paying that per file, or per noise that you're able to do.
