Withered Bonnie is one of the main antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He appeared in the original "Hidden Lore" series but didn't have a voice but it was presumed that he had the same voice as Classic Bonnie. In the remake series, he will be given a different voice. 

This voice should be serious,deep, glitches occasionally and likes making face puns (just like in UCN). Although it says that his voice should be "North American", he could have a slight Spanish accent too but that is optional. 

He is the second-most intimating but the least dangerous.

As with Freddy, Bonnie sounds good but probably needs to be a bit deeper.
