Kaoru is the Ultimate Host and is very extravagant when it comes to their appearance, speech, and overall existence. They try to be as mysterious as possible, hiding their past, and choosing to remain androgynous when it comes to gender. For a voice, I don't have many suggestions. Try and sound mysterious (but not creepy) and be as gender neutral as possible. Even if you can't do a good gender neutral voice, give it a shot! It doesn't matter THAT much.
