A young woman who lives in Atlas city. Though she not involved in the military, she is well known in Atlas city as one of the best users of the Gift. Is well known to be kind but suffers no fools and goes through any means to achieve her goals. Will be a romantic interest for one of the main leads.

(Similar voice to Kikyo from Inuyasha or Lucina from Fire Emblem would be Ideal but it can be slightly higher or lower. It should have an airy quality to it though.)
