Bryer is a bright and warm hearted young man who is in close company with Eir'Asa who adopted him out of servitude as a small boy. Bryer has powerful magic but is often afraid of using it, and couldn't harm a fly. He is witty and charming and often slips past people's guard with his friendly nature.

"It's not your fault that people are getting antsy. I'm sure the men just really needed the coin to feed themselves, maybe a family."
