Lancer is one of the main antagonists. Yet, he's not one for evil. Unless you count harmless pranks and thrashing attempts. Lancer calls himself the bad guy, but he's only trying to have fun and be a good son. He is the son of the King of Spades, making Lancer a prince.

A medium to high voice would work best. Lancer's voice should sound fun and youthful. There should be a bouncy rhythm to it, similar to that of a child that never is done playing. Optionally, I think adding a lisp might fit nicely. You can try this if you'd like to.
