Trained by both Green Arrow and her mother, the original Arrowette, Cissie is a defensive but skilled young woman who joined T.I.T.A.N.S. at Green Arrow's behest. Partnered with Blue Beetle, she is eager to prove that she can handle herself, as she has done all of her life.

No stranger to the darker side of humanity, she is ready to do anything that T.I.T.A.N.S. orders her to do, and is all business.

  • (After Blue Beetle has taken her bow, angry) "Beetle, give it back!"

  • (Defensively) "Of course I know how to fight."

  • (Shaken Up) "The woman that I saw with the Stealth Team, she...she held our target in her hand like he was a bag of trash."
