The Ultimate 110 Dispatcher Kozoe Kitsuzaka is from Japan and is 17 years old ( Pronounced "Koh-zoh-eh Kit-soo-zah-kah" ) He is the general "Workaholic" type character spending around 18 hours a day at his job, this makes him quite cynical, jaded and stoic outside his job but he still has the passion to do what is right within him

I want his voice to sound purposely bored, annoyed, stoic and groany at nearly all times. Though he should still be able to express emotions, most important is anger because he can snap if put through a lot of stress. Give him a low-medium pitched voice
