An old Liberi war veteran from the Ursus known for his outstanding service record and fought alongside Buldrokkas'tee at one point, Hellagur retires after contracting Oripathy and has since dedicated his time to take care of the other Infected by overseeing the Azazel clinic in Chernobog, only to be caught in Ursus' persecution towards the Infected which led to him raising his hand against the Empire he once serves, more than willing to kill his former comrades if he must. After the chaotic uprising in Chernobog, Hellagur choose to join Rhodes Island to continue fighting for what he believed in.Hellagur appears in The Anonymous Ones' War, part of the Operational Intelligence event, long before he is introduced as an Operator.

The fall of Chernobog dealt a devastating blow to Azazel, our clinic. I must rebuild it for the children; it was their home. It matters not where it is rebuilt, as long as it is. One needs no reason to take great pains for their family.
