As Rena Rogue, she transforms into a whole different person. She is the main villain of the story. She is using her stolen power for bad, and not good. She is ambitious and strong, never backing down.

  • Chelsea (darkly): She will pay. I'll make sure I get what I want. No matter what the cost.

  • Chelsea (sadly): Please cheer up! You know I can't leave peacefully knowing that you're sad.

I feel like this character would have a high voice for some reason. (well, when she's acting all young and innocent.)

    Yeah, same! I think Chelsea should have a kind of high pitched voice but as Rena Rogue, she has a more dark and deep voice!
