Coming from the Haunted Mansion attraction, she resides in the basement and is most likely its ruler. She only appears in "The Insider", where her full story is told to Maybeck by Charlene, and appears in two different forms. Showing Leota her reflection will get rid of her, since she hates being reminded of what she did and what she's become. She scared patrons during park hours, but was tasered and left badly burnt.
