Sigmos is a giant American Alligator who's not only a landlord, but an animal who knows his way around the crime scene in Cosmos City. While he himself isn't necessarily a big bad guy, he knows how to get what he wants out of people. Although money is his best friend he has a big heart of his own. Animals down on their luck is his biggest weakness to his business. He has a very deep voice with a bit of a Southern spark to it.
[Someone is trying to strike a bargain with you] "Hmmmm... I LOVE the smell of a good deal. Here's what we're gonna do, buddy boy: I'll let you stay here in my apartment for a couple days IF, and only IF you give me the information I want. What IS the information I want? Oh man oh man! You're gonna get a kick out of this..."
[A group of animals are trying to fight in your house] "While I love the rustlin' and tustlin' of a fight as much as the next gator, could you like, not do it here? See that sculpture over there? That's FINE China, and when I says fine, I says FINE. So, git."
[You've come across a poor animal who's decided not to pay their debt] "Oh ho ho! What do we have here? (laughter) It's you! Good to see ya! I'm guessin' you have my money? Oh? You DON'T?! (laughter gets louder) Niccceee, real smooth. So, why'd you show up? Think I'm some kind of charity organization? No no no, I want my money, and I want it NOW.
