An employee of Penguin Logistics who always acts alone. Nothing is known about Mostima's previous work history.
A mysterious "sanctioned" Lateranian employee of Penguin Logistics who is implied to be a "fallen" Sankta – seen from the fact that she have both the halo and wings of a Sankta (only with a dimmer color), and the horns and tail of a Sarkaz, Mostima maintains a cheerful demeanor towards anyone else, but at the same time distanced herself from strangers to the point that she is notoriously difficult to be located at all – indeed, she prefers to do things, including her job, on her own. Lending her aid to Rhodes Island as part of P.L.'s partnership, Mostima appears to have some connection with Exusiai and are capable of using (what appears to be) time-manipulating Arts.
