Matoba is a little bit vulgar. Not as much as Minori or Petralka though.

Pitch: Mid to low

Accent: Standard American speaking voice. Nothing too specific here. All we ask is that you don't do a stereotypical accent.

Details: A straight forward man who always manages to have smile on his face. Whether that smile is genuine or not is anyone's guess. He always sounds optimistic, but with a monotone voice. He's like a perky or enthusiastic sales man with an ulterior motive. (Try to sound enthusiastic, while trying to keep something hidden at the same time.) 

Note: Without the ring on Charles, Matoba sounds like a Japanese man trying to speak English, but it's rather broken.
