Ned is Peter's best friend from High School, but he never went off to college as soon as he left high school. He instead went to try and improve his business career, but soon as Harry returns to Peter's life, soon, Ned realizes that Peter is pushing him away more than ever. Ned also secretly has some hidden psychological issues. Ned is fun, intelligent, and even stand up, but has some self-confidence issues.
