Personality:
Taro is extremley hyper, give him the slightest crumb of information to get him excited and he's bouncing off of the walls. Especially if it's flammable, Taro goes nuts over any fuses, screws, switches, and matches he can get his hands on. He wants to watch the world burn, but not in the metaphorical way you're thinking of.
How they need to sound:
Taro needs to be bursting with energy for every single word, his voice is high-pitched and almost child like, but a child who has torn off the head of their bullies favorite toy, channel your inner chaotic gremlin. Defiantly a high to mid pitch voice.
I always like to look at life like a great big firework, ya' got the long fuse trailing down to the grand finale, and you gotta build the suspense up as your spark of life travels down that fuse, and when it's time to go, if you don't go out in a colourful bang, then wha'did'ya' do in life, bud?
