Personality:
Toshiko is a cold stone bully with little regard for human life, she believes that the weak die and the strong prosper, and that's how it should stay. She does not fear Akiyama in the slightest, keeping a straight face throughout this whole altercation. She is snobby, and believes herself to be the ultimate to end all ultimates.
How they need to sound:
Toshiko needs to sound like the 3 S's, Strict, stern, scary. She must have the edge in any convocation she is having, no matter the threat, she's not monotone, but she is emotionless.
