Excelon is a cruel, malicious character who thirsts for power and to make others suffer. He can be extremely aggressive, but can sometimes hold that anger back with an extremely calm tone of voice. His primary target is the kingdom of Veridis, including Saoirse and her parents. He will stop at nothing until he harnesses the power of the Gamma Hearts to use for conquering Veridis and all who reside there.
