Kaoru is the softer twin! Both of the twins are set in a medium range. She is a bit higher pitch than Hikaru but with a tiny little bit of a rasp. https://youtu.be/a8u-OaAEAKs  Again with the twins I'm so much more focused on getting them to sound like the dub.
