He’s stoic on the inside but in his mind there’s always something going on. His mind self always tells him to be more outgoing but it often doesn’t come out right so he fights (comically) with his internal self. The voice in his mind sounds a lot more upbeat while his outter voice is closer to what he sounds like in the dub.
